5.Delegate work to the Demi Chef and Commis assigned to him.

6.Check fridge and Products thoroughly to avoid spoilage.
为防止食品变质,要彻底检查冰箱
7. Has knowledge of all food items concerning ingredients,cooking techniques and preparation

8.Ensure production and quality meets hote standards.
确保出品达到酒店的标准
任职资格:
1、At least 3 years relevant experiences
至少有3年相关经验。
2、Has in-depth knowledge in western cuisine
深入了解西餐知识。
3、Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
必须在工作时间上灵活安排。
4、Basic understanding of the English language
理解基本英语
