3.Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)

4.Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the BU's valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ Q-Gates, etc.)

5.Ensure compliance to the BU's processes

6.Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating form the plan

7.Control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan

8.Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set

9.Install and perform professional change management

10.Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures

11.Escalate issues if necessary

12.Representation of project in customer meetings

13.Representation of project-interests in supplier meetings

14.Based on professional, well documented change management negotiate changes and claims with the customer and with suppliers

15.Protect confidentiality of project data

16.Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform and involve stakeholders on a regular basis and in an appropriate manner

17.Assign work packages to project team members

18.Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and team work with the project

JR:

1.Bachelor in Engineering or similar experience

2.At least 1-2 years experience in the automotive

3.Project Leader of minimum 1 completed project of a reasonable size

4.English proficient in working

5.PMP preferred

6.ECU product experience preferred
